New! Caron One Pound, Caron Simply Soft and Herrschners 2-Ply Afghan palettes - thank you to BetwixtTheStitch!
New! The Herrschner's Worsted Palette - thank you to BetwixtTheStitch!
New! We've just added the palette for Deborah Norville Everyday Yarn! If you knit and/or crochet, this is for you. This is a beautiful yarn with a nice feel to it, a good alternative in worsted weight acrylic! (Thank you again to BetwixtTheStitch!)
New! The Red Heart Super Saver Palette - thank you to BetwixtTheStitch!
Welcome to Stitchboard! Feel free to sit and stay awhile. Check out our new Premier features. In addition to the ability to create larger patterns (up to 500 stitches wide), illusion knitting and private labeling (no more worries about editing those pesky and messy PDFs), we've just introduced Filet Crochet, our most popular request! We have many more features planned, too!

Kathy,
Hang in there. I've been looking at the best way to strip out all the unwanted colors.
I'm also documenting it so I can tell you what I did.
I should get an image to you later today.

Gorgeous work...thank you so much for posting!
Your shawl is amazing! Love what you did with the edging. It really pops! And of course the cat hat is absolutely delightful...not that I'm a cat fan or anything. What a great idea to use an existing pattern and stitch a cat motif instead!
After making so many beautiful things, you definitely need a gift for yourself. It seems a lot of stitchers forget and only make gifts, then realize too late they never made anything for themselves (can you tell that's happened more than once here, sigh?). Good for you...enjoy your lovely shawl!
Debbie,
I agree, it really does make things easier.
I am trying to create a pattern that will give me 60 stitches across and top to bottom... It just isn't working. How can I get it to come out the way I want it? I am trying to make pillows not full size graphghans. Please help.

Sirdroid,
Welcome!
In option #5c,
did you choose "black and white"? If you left it at the default of
"entire palette," you'll get a whole bunch of colors, especially if
you're using a jpg image, which technically has colors in it, which
the program can see.
